This part, planned to be the first, was published last. Othmar Reiser (1861-1936) was an Austrian ornithologist. He did not live to see this first part published. Only after considerable time and with much difficulty, this part was published over 30 years after Parts II-IV. Probably due to the much later publication date, Nissen missed this part. Small, weak bump to outer corners; otherwise an excellent clean copy. Not in Nissen IVB or ZBI.
