Issued as the institute's Monografias No. 2. The author, Lauro Pereira Travassos (1890-1970) was a Brazilian medical doctor, biologist and taxonomist. Published during WWII, apparently in low numbers and therefore rare. Spine cover abraded at top and foot, otherwise an excellent, clean copy. Not in Nissen.
