Original red blindstamped cloth, with additional armorial library blindstamp on the front board, and with gilt title on spine. = An excellent monograph discussing lizards and including 297 species of which several described as new. This was the second of a projected four volumes series that should update and replace the earlier (1890) work of Boulenger in the same series. Only three volumes were published. Label removed from front free endpaper recto, small blind stamp in the margin of the map, and in the top margin of the plate, otherwise a very good copy.
