Original printed wrappers. = A fine monograph with several new species, an much information on species described earlier by Agassiz, De Loriol, and others. Written by the French palaeontologist Léon Héli Savin (1851-1907). Official offprint, inscribed and signed on the first blank by the author (dedication to Docteur Guébhard), and with the latter's stamp on the front wrapper. Uncut, partly unopened. The wrappers detached and chipped at the edges due to the low-grade paper. The text and plates are on superior paper and clean. Very rare.
