The plates are numbered 116, 120, 121, 130, 131, 144, and 153, yet the work is complete as intended. Barrande effectively published two series within his "Système Silurien", one being a series of descriptive and systematical monographs in quarto format (with the plate numbering nearly completely sequentially), the other, of which this is an example, a series of zoogeographical, and phylogenetic papers and monographs with the plates numbered rather haphazard. Uncut. Paper a bit age-toned, as usual; some light spotting, otherwise very good.
