Gilt title on spine, green morocco label with gilt title on front board. Original printed wrapper pasted on front pastedown. = Rare work on the morphology and anatomy of crustaceans and insects. Half the work is devoted to the fresh water crayfish Astacus fluviatilis Fabricius, a now endangered species. The coloured plate shows the life stadia of the moth, Bombix pini Linnaeus. Uncut.
