Original uniform printed wrappers. Untrimmed. = The basic geological description of Morocco and the western part of the Atlas Mountains, by the French geologist Henri François Émile Termier (1897-1989). It has the following subsections: I. Les terrains Primaires et le Permo-Trias; II. Terrain post-Triasiques; III. Paléontologie et pétrographie. IV. Atlas des figures et des tableaux hors-texte. It should be noted that volume III contains plates too, viz., 28 plates, of which many palaeontological, including photos of brachiopods, ammonites, etc. The was a part of the Protectorat de la République Française au Maroc, Direction Générale des Travaux Publics. And this is their Notes et Mémoires 33. Uncut. Old owner's inscription in the top margin of the first blank of volumes I-III; another former owner's stamps on front wrapper of volume IV. Wrappers of two volumes slightly worn, mostly at spine ends, one wrapper with a repaired tear. Otherwise a very good, complete set. Not often found in this condition, as most copies are ex library with the usual wear and markings.
