Written by the versatile German zoologist Franz [von] Leydig (1821-1908). The minute crustaceans are beautifully illustrated by the author. Mostly slight foxing in the text, two plates a bit more spotted - but not truly obtrusive and otherwise a very good copy. Rare. Nissen ZBI, 2492.
