De Quatrefages was the first to have the chair of the ethnological department of the Museum d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris, which later became the Institut de Paléontologie Humaine. Fore edge uncut. Inscribed by a former owner (J. M. Bordes, 1884). Boars rubbed, a few light spots, otherwise a good copy.
