Uniform blue cloth with gilt title on the spines and front boards. = Interesting early travel mainly dealing with the several tribes of this very interesting part of the Caucasus, dealing with their history, culture, religion and especially, in the third volume, with their languages. Klapproth divide dthe several languages in six main groups. The original edition is very rare. A good, clean set of the reprinted edition.
