With tissue guarded frontispiece maps to Volumes I and IV, and a fold out frontispiece of Old London Bridge to Volume III. Each front pastedown has an armorial bookplate above the nameplate of W. Ernest Atkin. Each front free-endpaper has the pictorial bookplate of Ronald Cuttell. A photograph of the gravestone of John Richard Green, labelled 'Menton, Cote d'Azur' in ink, has been pasted to the front blank of Volume I. Complete in four volumes. In uniform half morocco bindings, with gilt top edges. Externally, some shelf wear. Internally, firmly bound and bright, with light marginal foxing. Small marginal marks to pages xxvi-50 of Volume I and p1483-1553 of Volume IV. A pleasing set. Very Good . Ill.: Various. Very Good .
