Each volume contains an illustrated exploration of the original french author, bound into the rear. Mudie binders stamp to the front endpaper of each volume. Bound in blue bindings with cloth boards and gilt design to the spines. Externally, sound with light marks to the boards, which is heavier to Romance of a Poor Young Man.
