Exploring the natural history of the English country side, he works included discussion of insects, pond life, flora and fauna, and wear each profusely illustrated throughout. Expertly rebacked in cloth with original green calf preserved. Externally, sound, though with some rubbing. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright, though with some scattered instances of foxing.
