The volume consists of: Anno Regni, Annae Reginae, Angliae, Scotiae, Franciae, & Hiberniae August 1812. An Act for Building a Bridge over the River Derwent, at or near Bubwith Ferry, in the East Riding of the County of York, and making proper Approaches thereto, 1793. An Act for Repealing so much of an Act passed in the Fourth Year of the Reign of His present Majesty, as relates to the lighting the Streets and Places within the Borough and Soke of Doncaster, in the County of York; and for more effectually lighting, watching, and otherwise improving the said Borough, and for preventing Nuisances therein, 1803. An Act for Vesting the several Yearly Rents and Copyhold Fines, payable to the Lord Bishop of Durham, and his Successors, and issuing out of the several Messuages, Lands, and Tenements within the Manor of Howden in the East Riding of the County of York, in Trustees, to be told; and for enabling the said Lord Bishop of Durham, and his Successors, to enfranchise the several Customary or Copyhold Messuages, Lands and Tenements within the said Manor; and for applying the Money, arising from such Sale and Enfranchisement, in the Manner therein mentioned. An Act for Lighting with Gas the Town and Neighbourhood of Leeds, in the Borough of Leeds, in the West Riding of the County of York [Royal Assent, 8 May, 1818]. An Act for Building a Church or Chapel of Ease in the Township of Ripon, in the West Riding of the County of York [Royal Assent, 5 May 1826]. An Act for Further continuing the Duties and altering the Powers granted by Four Acts, made in the Fifth and Twenty-fifth Years of his late Majesty King George the Second, and in the Third and Eighteenth Years of His present Majesty's Reign, for enlarging the Pier and Harbour of Scarborough, in the County of York, 1801. An Act for Altering and Enlarging the Powers of several Acts made in the Fifth and Twenty-fifth Years of King George the Second, and in the Third, Eighteenth, and Forty-first Years of His present Majesty, for Enlarging the Pier and Harbour of Scarborough, in the County of York, 1806. An Act for Paving, cleaning, lighting, watching, and regulating the Streets, Squares, Lanes, and other public Passages and Places within the Parish of Sculcoates, in the East Riding of the County of York, and for removing and preventing Nuisances, Annoyances, Encroachments, and Obstructions; and for licensing and regulating Hackney Coaches, Chairs, Porters, Coal Carriers and Water Carriers, Trucks, Carts, and other Carriages within the said Parish, 1817. An Act for Building a Bridge near the Ferry over the River Ouse, from Selby, in the West Riding of the County of York, to the opposite Shore in the Parish of Hemingborough, in the East Riding of the said County, 1808. An Act for better supplying with Water the Town and Parish of Sheffield in the County of York [Royal Assent, May 29th, 1830]. An Act For Repairing and improving the Road from Wakefield to Sheffield in the County of York [Royal Assent, May 20th, 1836]. An Act For making a New Street or Thoroughfare and widening and improving certain other Streets or Thoroughfares within the Town and Borough of Sheffield in the County of York [Royal Assent, June 11th, 1838]. An Act To enable the Justices of the Peace for the County of York to provide a convenient House, with suitable Accommodations, for His Majesty's Judges at the Assizes of the said County, 1806. An Act for Sale of the next Presentations to certain Livings, late the Estates of Sir Griffith Boynton, Baronet, deceased, for Payment of his Debts; and for substituting other Parts of his Estates to be charged with his younger Children's Fortunes, in lieu of those by his Will charged therewith; and for other Purposes, 1779. An Act for Vesting the settled Estates of Robert Dolman, Esquire, and Robert Dolman the Younger, in Pocklington, and elsewhere, in the County of York, in Trustees, to be sold; and for laying out the Money arising by such Sale in the Purchase of other Lands and Hereditaments, to be settled, in lieu thereof, to the same Uses, 1776. In a half calf leather binding with marbled paper covered boards. Externally, rather worn. There is some loss to the leather. Front board is detached but present, rear board is missing. Internally, binding is loosening in places. Front end paper is loose. Pages are generally bright and clean with some age-toning and browning. Fair . Ill.: None. Fair .
