He was 13th of the 39 Commissioners to sign the death-warrant of King Charles I. In a half morocco binding. Externally, smart with some light rubbing and fading to spine. Slight loss to leather at rear. Bookplate to front pastedown. Front blanks detached but present. Internally, generally firmly bound although strained in places. Pages bright, with some occasional spots. Frontispiece with tidemark and closed tears not affecting image. Half title loosening. Good . Ill.: None. Good .
