With a preface by Percy Lubbock. Percy Lubbock, CBE (1879-1965) was an English man of letters, known as an essayist, critic and biographer. He was a good friend of Henry James in James' later life, and became a follower in literary terms, and his editor after his death. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Minor wear to the extremities. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Light discolouration to the spine. Internally, generally firmly bound.
