Externally, very smart with just some minor rubbing to the head and tail of spines as well as to extremities. Small crack to top left corner of the rear board to volume I. Gift inscription to recto of front endpaper to volume I. Both hinges to volume I are slightly strained but firm. The rear hinge to volume II is slightly strained but firm. The front hinge to volume III is slightly strained but firm. Internally, all volumes are generally firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd spot throughout. Very Good Indeed . Ill.: None.
