Edited by Francois Combefis, a French Dominican patrologist. He published successively the works of Amphilochius of Iconium, of Methodius of Olympus, and of Andrew of Crete, together with some writings of John Chrysostom not yet in print. In 1648 Novum Auctarium Graeco-Latinae Bibliothecae Patrum first appeared in two parts, exegitical and historico-dogmatic. The work is complete with all signatures. In contemporary calf binding with gilt design to the spine. Externally, a trifle rubbed with wear to extremities. Backstrip is lifting to the head of the spine. Corrective fluid numbering to tail of the spine. Front board is held by the cords only and rear joint is starting. Internally, firmly bound and bright.
