As a young man he travelled around Europe, to England, Belgium and the Netherlands in order to acquire language skills, extend his family"s business contacts, and gain commercial training. After successful years abroad, Cremer returned to Germany ready to expand his family"s brewery. After just a year of trading, Cremer had been successful enough to commission the construction of new high-performance facilities. Cremer"s family continued on in his footsteps, and together they had successful partnerships. Cremer died at the advanced age of 93. This auction catalogue contains Cremer's personal collection of artworks. This includes paintings by over one hundred artists. Bound in cloth. The binding is firm. There is slight wear to the extremities, including slight bumping and handling marks to the boards.
