Externally smart. Light wear to the extremities, joints and backstrip, as well as markings and minor sunning to top of the board. There is a institutional bookplate and label adhered to front board and a label to spine. The hinges are strained. There are inkstamps to the half-title and title pages, as well as two overlapping bookplates adhered to pastedown. Internally, firmly bound.
