Illustrated by Myles Birket Foster, a British illustrator, watercolourist and engraver in the Victorian period. Bound in half calf with marbled boards. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Front hinge just starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd small spot to the endpapers. A contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper. Very Good . Ill.: Birket Foster. Very Good .
