Dodd, whose majority of works appeared in the annual Rose of Sharon. As well as poetry, Dodd contributed articles to The Ladies' Repository and earlier the Hermethenean, a magazine conducted by the students of Washington College, Hartford.Her poems are noted for their gentle melancholy and religious undertones. In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with light bumping to the extremities and slight fading to the spine gilt text. Internally, firmly bound.
