In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with light rubbing to the cloth. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities, resulting in a small amount of loss. A few light marks to the cloth. Hinges are starting but firm. Bookplate to the front paste down. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound.
