A series of speeches delivered in the debate on the second reading of "The Bill to Amend the Law with Respect to the Property of Married Women". P.'s, Jacob Bright, Robert Lowe, G. Shaw Lefevre, and well-known philosopher and advocate of women's rights, John Stuart Mill. With a special report from the select committee assembled for the act. Unbound. Externally, very good, with light chipping and wear to the backstrip and a few spots. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean, with the odd spot and a few light pencil annotations. Good . Ill.: None. Good .
