An exceptionally scarce prospectus for the construction of the Severn Tunnel and Railway, a monumental undertaking which came to fruition in 1886 and still runs to this day. Very scarce. Dated from an ink inscription to the front panel, '1869&apos. This coincides with the years preceding the construction of the Severn Tunnel, when discussions were taking place. A prospectus surrounding the construction of the Severn Tunnel and Railway, with a branch link to the Bristol Channel docks at Kingroad. Light creasing to the wraps, with two small closed tears to the extremities. Very Good Indeed . Ill.: None. Very Good Indeed .
