Smithers, and was first published in 1715 under the title 'Mille et un Quarts D'Heure, Contest Tartares', written by Thomas Simon Gueulette. The tales are described as being lively, entertaining and ingenious imitations of 'The Arabian Nights&apos. In the publisher's original cloth. Externally very smart with slight fading to the spine, a slight lean, marks to the boards, and slight wear to the extremities with a small closed tear to the head of the spine.
