He finally arrived in Constantinople on the 1st January 1935.This volume was followed by 'Between the Woods and the Water' and 'The Broken Road&apos. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with clipped dust wrapper. Shelf wear to back strip tail, otherwise externally excellent.
