In particular Norman worked closely with the famed cookery writer Elizabeth David, with whom she was good friends.  A very scarce cookery book. This very scarce recipe book was written by Eveline Man-Cham, the mother of James Richard Marie Mancham, the first president of Seychelles from 1976-77, and provides a collection of recipes from the Seychelles. In the publisher's original paper covers.
