In the original publisher's full cloth binding, with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very excellent with just a touch of bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Wrapper is attractive with fading to the spine and rear top edge, and marginal edgewear. Internally, firmly bound with lovely, bright, clean pages. Pages 13r-14v have been excised, and pages 15r-16v are now inserted loosely where they would have originally appeared within the text. Very Good .
