This work specifically relates to the history of Rome and includes chapters on the Fall of Troy, the Roman Republic, and the war with the Corinthians. In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding. Externally, sound with age toning, light rubbing, and some loss to the paper wraps, heaviest to the front at the fore edge. Slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and the extremities. Internally, binding is significantly strained. Pages are a touch age toned however generally bright and clean barring mild spotting, a few small pencil annotations, and a minor closed tear to pp. 47r, not impacting text.
