Additionally printed alongside Chaucer's works are a few pieces by other authors, such as Lydgate and Henryson which, at the time of Pynson's edition, were thought to have been penned by Chaucer. With an introduction by Walter W. Skeat. The folio edition was edited by William Thynne. In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding with paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart. Spine is age-toned. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine, heavier to the extremities. Spine labels are rubbed and chipped. Light marks and rubbing to the boards and spine, with one small tidemark to the front board. Puncture marks to the tail of the front board. Fading to the rear joint. Internally, firmly bound.
