It provided literary and artistic commentary about various arts subjects, including paintings, ballet, music and design.Illustrated throughout with monochrome and colour photographs and plates. The dust wrapper and illustrations were designed by Laurence Scarfe. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, but with a loss of cloth to the head of the fore edge of the front board. Inscription to front free endpaper. Light spotting to text block fore edge. Dust wrapper vibrant. Significant closed tear to tail of fold over front joint, with significant loss to head of front wrap, and a closed tear to the tail of the rear wrap. Small closed tears to back strip head, with small loss to head of rear wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright. Very Good . Ill.: Laurence Scarfe. Very Good/Very Good.
