Collated complete. In the publisher's original pictorial cloth. This charming children's book was written by the noted children's book author, George Edward Farrow, best known for his nonsense books. In this tale, a group of children meet a talking dodo in peculiar clothes. The children are then taken on an exciting adventure by the Dodo, meeting many other interesting characters. Undated, dated by copies held at the British Library. In the publisher's original pictorial cloth. Externally excellent with fading to the spine, a slight lean, slight rubbing to the extremities, and very minimal marks to the boards. Very slight offsetting to the pastedowns. Internally generally firmly bound with strain in places. Pages lightly age toned with light spotting to the half title and an ink inscription to front blank.
