Their collaboration ended in 1882 after Rice's death.This tale was originally published in their collection 'Twas in Trafalgar's Bay&apos.Collated, bound the title page.Undated, dated from Jisc from a copy held at the British Library. In the original cloth binding. Externally, worn, lacking the backstrip, rear board is working loose, and may detach with further handling. Dampstain to the boards, and a few lighter marks. Minor bumping to the extremities. Internally, binding is strained in places, with some leaves detached but present. Pages are lightly age-toned with some spots. Tidemark to the frontispiece.
