While he did not receive much acclaim during his life, Keats' fame grew rapidly after his death, largely for his series of odes. Volume I containing the long poetic romances 'Endymion' and 'Lamia', with Volume II containing a larger selection of poetry, including 'Isabella', 'The Eve of St Agnes' and many more. Bound in half calf with marbled paper-covered boards. Externally, very good, with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd mark. Front hinge to volume II is a little strained, but holding firm.
