This very scarce legal work was written by T. B. Drummond. In a full calf binding. Externally sound, with significant rubbing to the boards. Loss to the tail of the backstrip to the spine. Horizontal tear to the head of the spine, causing the backstrip to lift slightly. Small bump to the top corner of the front board. Pages iii to vi are detached but present.
