In the original illustrated boards. Externally, hinges are tender. With dust staining and marks to the extremities. With wear to the board edges. Small contemporary ink inscription to the front pastedown. Internally, generally bound, with the last few leaves detached but present to the work. Front free endpaper is loosening, but remains.
