A very scarce edition of this article from The Pamphleteer, of the Cadell and Davies first edition published in the same year. Disbound, but complete (pages 239-256). Dated 1808. 'NO.XI. Pam. VOL.VI. R' noted on the second leaf. The Reverend Sir Henry Bate Dudley was a British playwright of comic operas and a great friend of artist Thomas Gainsborough and actor David Garrick.  However, he was also a clergyman and a magistrate, and worked in Ireland between 1804 and 1812 when this short address was written.The article puts forward his ideas about reforming the tythe system in Ireland.
