He went on to become Director of the Natural History Museum in London. Written by Charles John Cornish, an English naturalist and writer. Bound in full green calf. Externally, smart with light wear to the extremities and fading to the spine. Light fading to the top of the front board with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound.
