In the original wraps. Very scarce. This parliamentary paper, which was presented to the Houses of Parliament in 1853, details a preliminary report on the state of the current divorce laws. With a specific focus on the complete dissolve of a marriage, i.e. A vinculo matrimonii. One segment of the report includes minutes taken from a 1851 on the laws of divorce.  In the original paper wraps. Externally, with chipping, edgewear and a few marks to the wrap. Slight fading to the wraps. Internally, binding is strained but holding. Leaves at risk of coming away from the string binding with further handling.
