This work contains designs by Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann, Francis Jourdain, Ivan Da Silva Bruhns, Gustave Louis Jaulmes, Edgar Brandt, Georges Fouquet, Pierre-Émile Legrain, and many more. The work is introduced by the French art historian, writer and designer Léon Deshairs (1874-1967), with a preface by Hubert de Cronin Hastings (1902-1986), who was chairman of the Architectural Press. Undated, dated through copies held at the British Library. In the publisher's original cloth binding, overlaid with decorative paper. Externally, generally smart though a little sunned to the decorative paper. Four small closed tears to the decorative paper to the front board, causing it to lift slightly.
