Bibliographer George Locke provides a circa 1910 date, where the British Library asserts a publication date of 1914. The National Library of Scotland, Trinity College Dublin, and both the Oxford and Cambridge University Libraries provide a date of 1912. In the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps. Front wrap bright. Tide mark to tail of rear wrap. Minor losses of paper to back strip tail. Contemporary inscription to head of first two blanks. Significant spotting to text block fore edge.
