The narrative follows a crew of ten trying to hunt the Snark, but the only crewmember to find the Snark quietly vanishes. Written by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, better known by his pen name Lewis Carroll, an English author, poet, mathematician and photographer. Illustrated by Henry Holiday, an English painter, stained-glass designer, illustrator, and sculptor. With sixteen pages tipped in to the rear with an article from April 1974. In the original red cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities resulting in minor fraying. Light fading to the spine with minor damp marks to the front board.
