Beeleigh housed his library, one of the largest private libraries in England. In a half calf signed binding, with gilt detailing to back strip, and cloth covered boards. Back strips a touch age toned, with boards bright. Bookplates to front pastedowns. Former owner's inscription to a front blank of volume I. Internally, firmly bound.
