Externally, sound with rubbing and light chipping to the extremities. Minor bumping to the board edges and the odd small mark. Loss of the spine to volume sixteen, with light loss to the head and tail of the spine to volumes one, two and five. Loss to the front board of volume twenty-two. Internally, firmly bound.
