He provides arguments for the abolition of tithes and slavery, and asks for freedom of trade for banks, a revision of the union with Ireland, and a reformed municipal system.The author also advocates for a strengthening of the relationship between the UK, North America, and Australia, which he says should come at the expense of our relationship with Europe, in part due to Europe's dwindling naval power.
