This volume was gifted to the Yale University Library by Owen Franklin Aldis, with a bookplate to the front paste down, and institutional label to the rear paste down. Aldis was an eminent real estate developer in Chicago, who was responsible for the construction of many of the most recognisable skyscrapers in the city, including the Montauk, Monadnock, and Pontiac Buildings. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Spine and rear board are faded. Small tear to the head of the spine, tail of the spine is lifting. A few minor marks to the boards.
