Mary Lamb is also remembered for the tragic decline of her mental health, resulting in the murder of her mother during a mental breakdown. The work features some of Shakespeare's most popular works such as; 'The Tempest', 'Romeo and Juliet' and 'Macbeth&apos. Bound in a full tree calf prize binding for 'Wisbech Grammar School' with their gilt crest to the front. Externally generally smart with rubbing to the joints with front joint tender, fading to the spine and slight marks to the boards. Prize bookplate, a binder's signature and a bookseller's label to the front pastedown. Internally firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages with spotting to the front blanks.
