In 1939, Tambimuttu founded the literary magazine Poetry London, to which many well-known writers contributed, including: Lawrence Durrell, Kathleen Raine, W. H. Auden, Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, Roy Campbell, Robin Skelton, and many others. The magazine showcased late modernist and American Beat poetry. In the original beige cloth binding.
