Penelope was their second child, contributing to this charming selection of poetry written by mother and daughter. With a bookplate of a previous owner, 'K J', with the name 'Kathleen' also incorporated into the binding. Bound by Riviere & Son in full calf. Externally, excellent, with light fading to the spine and the odd mark. Bookplate to the front paste down. Light spotting to endpapers. Bookseller label to the rear paste down.
